Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At LilyBras, we will steadfastly give top priority to customer satisfaction.

Prior to shipping, our dedicated quality control and quality assurance team will inspect your items carefully, to ensure the quality of products. In this case, you are suggested to refer to product pages for more details and accurately select size, colour and style.

However, if the items proves unsatisfactory in any way, we are pleased to serve you at any time. Please do contact us at support@lilybras.com if you have any issues with your order.

 

 

30 DAYS RETURN WARRANTY

Customers can contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong product or the wrong size, please inform us of the issues at great length.

In regard to defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear photo or video of the problem.

Please note that any application will be taken within 30 days. if over the stipulated time, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

OUR SOLUTIONS

LilyBras’s Responsibility:

If  the product is returned due to product quality concerns, such as loose or split seam and undone hem, cut or loose elastic band, loose or worn fastenings and the like, our company will take responsibility for these issues. And You can get a full refund without sending back the item.

 

Customer’s Responsibility:

If customers have ordered an incorrect size or colour, dislike or do not want that item, they are advised to contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product for return. We shall introduce 2 available solutions.

  • Customers can pay the postage themselves and send the item back, then we will refund the complete payment.
  • Customer can keep the item and receive a partial refund (20%-50% of the payment).

We do believe that after consultation, a happy medium will be found to satisfies both sides.

* All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

* Return shipping fee is paid by customer.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY

  1. Exceptional case
  • We can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refund for any handmade items possessing customized features.
  • The product must be brand-new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging. Otherwise, Items which are eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • Unless there is a quality problem, allclearance items, or items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return.
  1. Notification:
  • We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
  • Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
  • All shipping fees to return the itemand the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.

 

RETURN ADDRESS

Please email support@lilybras.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and attach relevant materials. We will tell you the address of the nearest warehouse and initiate the return and exchange process. 

 

 

COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.

Paypal account refunds: 5-7 business days

Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days

  •  For any product valued over $10,you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping
  • We encourage customers to carefully read our returns and refund policy and to make sure all the items are eligible forreturn.
